It used to be that we idolized the all-star quarterback who dated the prom queen. But these days, we’re idolizing men and women on Instagram and Facebook for… well, I’m not sure exactly.

And that’s what today’s radical reality is. I’m joined once again by my friend Greg and personal trainer Eddie Palmer, and we’re going to ask you how important these Instagram gods and goddesses really are. And more importantly, what do you really know about them?
