Looking back on my life, I've realized that there were many things I could have done differently.
Many things that I would have done differently if I knew then what I know now.
I've been divorced 3 times.
I've missed out on at least 6 or 7 real estate deals.
I've made numerous business choices that have cost me tens of thousands of dollars.
And there have been countless women who, when I look back, I realize that if I just had the proper guidance, I would have never been with them at all!
I have to say, the money that I've earned, I'm proud of. But what I'm more enlightened by is the money that I did not make.

Were they bad decisions? Maybe, but I wouldn't say they're bad. I would say they were learning experiences.
I've spent $1 million learning some of the greatest lessons of my life.
