Walk at the speed of humidity. That’s one of the phrases I always use with my guys at bootcamps.

What do I mean by that? Well, walk slow. Take notice of the things around you.

Next time you’re out and about, look at the the people and things around you.

Who has more swagger… the guy rushing off somewhere, or the guy who’s walking slowly and confidently.
