The Power Of Execution

How many of you are good executors?
I’m not talking about killing people. I’m talking about getting things done. Saying that you’re going to do something in your life and actually doing it.
The world is full of talkers – people who just talk, talk, talk nonstop. They say big things but don’t actually do any of them.
It’s funny though, we should really change the modern talker to the texter. They just text themselves pep talks nonstop but never get anything done.
Just Big Talkers
I’ve worked with talkers before.
They’re great. They make you feel really wonderful. You feel like you’re getting things done because every conversation is so full of energy and excitement.
They get you all ramped up and you feel like something is going to happen.
And then you realize no execution.
I’ve been known to talk through my lifetime, as well. I love talking. I prefer it over texting because I feel that with talking, you can get so much more done. You can connect on a much deeper level, and you get super excited about things.
But when it comes to business or anything personally, I am so sick and tired of talkers, it’s ridiculous.
Great Ideas are Useless without Execution
I want to be around executors.
I want to surround myself with a small group of executors – people who want to get shit done at a rapid pace – because that’s the way I work. I don’t work at a slow pace. As a matter of fact, when I’m with people who don’t get stuff done, it drives me nuts because I constantly have ideas that are churning inside my brain.
I’m constantly thinking of things and constantly thinking of ways to improve myself on all levels.
It takes a good team to execute some of the things that I need done.
Some of the stuff, I can get done on my own. The stuff that I need to get done on my own, I’m constantly executing and working on and retooling and refining.
That’s why it drives me crazy when I coach a seminar or I do a boot camp, and I look at a guy and I give him all the tools to be the executor of meeting women, and then he tells me he can’t do it, but he can talk about it non-stop.
Do You Want to be the Executor or the Talker?
What do you want to be?
What are you looking to be in your life?
Do you want to be a talker?
Or do you want to be an executor?
Do you want people to say, “Man, that guy is amazing at getting things done. He’s one of the best executors I’ve ever seen in my entire life. He’s such a powerful executor that, if you give him a task, he gets it done so quickly and so efficiently that it just makes my head spin.”
What do you want to be known as? Too many people out there are talkers.
Talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, non-stop talk.
The choice is up to you. I can give you the tools to meet women and be successful in life. All you need to do is execute it. But the question is, do you have the balls to be the executor?
