For today’s video, I sat down with my friend Eddie Palmer who’s my trainer and close friend to talk about working out and how it can change your life.
Eddie’s been training celebrities, stars, regular people for the last few years. He’s an awesome man and an awesome trainer.
Today we are going over what you need to do, exactly, to get the body that you want, the body that women desire.
Change the Way You Workout
They say diets and exercise will never work unless they’re properly tailored to your exact body type.
I’ve been a workout person my entire life. I’m into health, fitness, eating right, and everything else. I work out, I eat well for my body. But even then, I still need to go to experts once in a while to figure out why things are not working the way they should be.
Today will be the first video in a series we’ll be doing over the next couple of months. In these videos, I’ll really talk more about health, fitness, and wellness.
That way you can start to feel really amazed about who you are inside and out.
Get Your Body and Mind in Great Shape
Working out should be fun. Working out should be something that you enjoy. And embracing and loving the body that you have is something that’s really important to your mindset. To make you feel more positive, more confident. It’s also really important when it comes to attracting the woman of your dreams.
When a woman is self-conscious about her body, it’s pretty obvious. Over the course of my lifetime, I have learned to recognize when a woman doesn’t feel great about her body.
I can tell when she does the naked walk.
Or when she gets out of bed after we’ve had sex and she goes to the bathroom. Women who love their body will just get out bed, walk naked, and allow you to watch them coming and going from bed.
But, women that feel self-conscious about their body will always grab the sheet or a towel or something to cover themselves up because they don’t embrace and love their bodies.
Men are kind of the same. You may not grab the sheet or a towel, but you’ll probably put your boxers back on as soon as you can. And a t-shirt. That’s if you get as far as the bedroom – you may not even have the courage to approach a woman in the first place because you’re so self-conscious about the way you look.
You need to embrace how you look, you need to love your body. That way, the woman that you’re with can feel you and also be with somebody who loves themselves.
So today, we’ll go through how to really love your body. We’ll go through a couple of good exercises that you can do to get into great shape. These exercises, and the change in mindset, will help you get into great physical shape so that you can have the body that you desire, deserve, and are proud of.
