Today’s topic: grooming tips for women! This is something that not a lot of women think about. Yet, here I am sitting with my friend Sophia, who smells great.

I noticed the way she smelt almost as soon as I sat down with her. It triggered something in me, as it always does whenever I’m around a woman who smells great. It doesn’t matter if she’s my exact type. If she smells amazing, my animal instincts go off and I’m like, “Oh yeah.”

But fragrance is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s all about presentation, ladies. The hair. The fingernails. The wardrobe. Everything. The whole presentation.

What we’re talking about is very different from just what you wear. On their own, sweatpants might be a major fashion no-no, but a lot of women look fantastic in sweatpants because of the whole presentation they pull off.

So today, I’m going to let my friend Sophia give some advice to women on how to present themselves so that they get approached by men. Because Sophia gets approached a lot.

And before you say, “Well, of course she is. She’s beautiful!” keep in mind that there are a lot more beautiful women who don’t get approached. So surface-level looks are only a small part of the story. Again, it’s about the essence of how you put yourself together, how you present yourself.
