It makes me feel like this was written by someone who hasn't been in their relationship very long. True love - real true love - can be 100% true without it being something that makes you unable to see anything negative about it or the person you're with.

How does this make me feel? It makes me smile, but not for the reason you might think. I have been in relationships in the past where I have told someone I loved him and meant it. It was not until later with a different man where I felt something I could never have imagined (true love) that I understood why people made statements like this. When I would try to describe the difference to girl friends of mine who had yet to experience it, I could never explain it to them and I know they couldn't understand it. So I smile because I know EXACTLY what you mean, and I know that anyone who has yet to find true love will have NO idea what you mean. It's one of those things you can only understand once it happens to you. But boy is it worth waiting for!

I can tell you that in my 20s this would have made me feel like I want to laugh at whoever said this but now in my 30s it makes me feel like the person who said this described the exact reason I read this blog and bought your mastery cds -- cause that is what I want to say about myself one day

i feel like i want to know how this person knows that they are in "true love" not sure i believe such a thing exists i think you can be in love with many different people in your life and that true love meaning "the one and only love" does not exist. or if there is only one true love i hope mine doesnt get hit by a bus before i get a chance to meet her.

Initial feeling... lucky person that can say this everyday; I am happy for these people. Second thought... I'm waiting, hoping, trying, patient, jealous - or envieous, I forget which one. Lexi? which one? Mostly, always keeping a positive thought that my day will come with the time is right, hoping I don't get hit by a bus first. LOL

My inital thought to the statement was this image of a woman wearing a white dress standing on a patio amongst a backdrop of sand and waves at a beach with the wind blowing her hair. Now after absorbing everything a little bit more I feel that true love is the counter balance against life. Getting deeper here, I feel that life is suffering, love balances that suffering by making the individual feel the exact opposite of suffering while living in this world.

Reminded me of your blog about being with someone twenty eight hours and how it only felt like one minute. That kind of deep connection is more than wonderful. The chemistry, endless laughing, knowing what each other is thinking, lbeing drawn in to their light scent of their body and sound of their voice. It's just so awesome to be in love...... be so ever grateful of each minute, each day, treasure the time really feel blessed and be in love. Great postings from everyone! Love when everyone gets deep and its nice to contemplate on things that matter! Off to sleep now in hot springs Arkansas! Has anyone been here? We spent the night at the hotel Arlington listening to a band. Good times for all!!
