David--Thanks for the excellent podcast I just heard about accepting and embracing your past. All that said, please mention what 2 or 3 questions to ask a woman on a first date that might reveal if she's "into" you or not--and, depending upon what she says, how to proceed accordingly? Having read the book you mentioned "the 5 languages of love", I would think that asking her "what makes you feel loved"? and "what makes you feel happy", things like that--or is that too much when first getting to know someone? Any other key questions you may have I'd appreciate hearing. Now I'll go order your latest product, which would be about the price of a NYC martini! Thanks, David--Brian

Dave, You're talking about dropping the ego in a sense of loving someone else. Drop your ego to love someone else the way they want to be loved. Yet, you say to 'be natural' in many of your talks. Dropping the ego and loving another person are not mutually exclusive yet isn't it a fine line between dropping the ego to love someone else the way they want to be loved and changing yourself so drastically that you compromise what is really true to you?

David, I would love for you to do a Podcast on the topic of being consistent with women. I believe many guys (I am guilty of this)have had numerous potential relationships with a woman that started out great and then just drastically cooled off all of a sudden. From my own experience, I believe this happened because I was so stuck in my own head trying to figure out how to play it, the woman grew tired of waiting for me to make up my mind about whether or not I was truly interested and moved on to another guy who was upfront about his intentions from the get go and didn't keep her guessing.

I am not quite sure why I am checking your information out because I have a friend who is better in conversation in and outside of the bedroom than a lot of so called pick up artists out there plus he has the confidence and masculine qualities girls want. Taking his advice has worked in almost every situation but girls that I meet around him never remember my name because they see him as the leader and me as the follower and a negative person. I am not quick sure what product or piece of advice will help me. I am still in college and don't have a lot of funds available so I might have to wait until I get into my career. I would appreciate your thoughts on my situation. Thanks!

Hola Sir Wygant... Matthew from NYC. I would love to hear about how to tell if a woman is interested in me romantically. I see a lot of girls that I speak to casually at different departments at work. Everyone is so friendly so it is hard to tell when they are actually interested romantically. Funny, I had this talk with myself some two years ago. Knowing who you are and what you want and not taking side steps is so liberating, but as I noticed, also extremely scary, almost threatening for most of other people, men and women equally. Perhaps this is so because you don't play by the same rules that are generally accepted in the society, you are just yourself. When I overcome the bitterness and wrath of my past relationships and start rationally thinking about them I became a really happy person. I know who I am, where I want to be and with whom I want to be. I don't get involved in non-functional relationships with men I don't want to be in the relationship just because they expressed interest. Neither have I asked them out anymore :)I like decisive people who know what they want and by making the situation easier for them I got just the opposite.

Hey David, love the pods! Spot on with this one, can't get what you want if you can't recognize it. One biggie for me is guilt. If I am dating a woman that I like, but don't love, I feel guilty for even flirting with other women. I had dinner with an ex-girlfriend last night and had a pretty deep-talk and this stuff just came out. I know where this issue comes from but how do I get rid of it? I can see that most people's past here are the same as mine. I'm currently 23 and I've had my first girlfriend at 22 I kinda dumped her after a month. It didn't worked out simply because I was to desperate to have a girlfriend and that's what I did i got a girlfriend. I kissed her on our second date at the front door of her apartment. And from there on we had a puppy love relationship. She was a good person and I totally played her. I don't feel proud of that, but I've learned my lesson. I'm never getting into another relationship, with a state of mind of "I need a GF now." Mathew: My advice if you doubt that she is into you, its because there is a great chance that she is not. Maybe this girl just appreciates your company as a friend, and she might have some feelings of care for you as a friend. When a girl does has attraction towards you she'll let you know in subliminal ways, in between the lines you just have to keep your eyes and ears open.
