David has several hangups form what I have followed over the years and this is his major inept and ignorant fanatical misconception on human sexuality. I guess it shows even so called experts are ignorant in their understanding of human sexuality. This is where a degree in human psychology, sociology, and human sexual characteristics is needed to espouse normal sexual behavior is needed, other than an ignorant, uneducated, self experienced, response given as gospel, as per self prejudiced beliefs and non informed long studied, scholarly opinions and factual human sexuality of learned, studied informed society. I do everything that David distain. I am older, better looking (every woman I have showed his picture to agreed), get more women, am better fit and much more muscular, lean, and virile by ignoring his "rules. I drink, smoke cigars, eat fast food, and TV dinners, and rarely work out, yet still easily pull women half my age. A proven fact that David's "rules" may work for him, but are not "gospel" for a healthy, long and exciting sexual life.

Fast food can take from 2 to 3 weeks to digest so depending on a persons metabolism, if a person has a medium to slow metabolism, that person could end up packing on some pounds and yes David is correct, fast food can increase your chances of getting cancer. Not only that but fast food can cause cholesterol problems which can lead to heart problems and even slow down a persons metabolism. I did an experiment one day just to test this out, I ate pizza before going to gym and I barely lasted ten to fifteen minutes, the next time I had proper protein, carbohydrate and H2O through out the day and I lasted a full hour so what you eat can make a big difference in how you preform and your mental well being.
